Stopped in for breakfast. Small cafe type atmosphere with friendly staff. . Had a breakfast scramble and it was good. Many options to choose from on the menu. Seemed like a busy place and favorite among locals.

Small town cafe with a family feel. We stopped in for a late lunch the weekend following Thanksgiving, and I'll be honest our choices between Chino Valley and Kingman were few a far between. But, we didn't want to go another 90 minutes on an empty stomach, so we took a risk and it paid off in spades. There were only two of us and it was off hours, so we were seated and greeted right away. There was another (slightly larger party) in there before us, and one other party of two came in about 10-15 minutes after us but that's about it. Our waitress was super friendly, talkative and had a lot of local stories to share. Our favorite by far was the local guy who they gave a key to as he comes by every morning for coffee before they open so he lets himself in. LOL I opted for the Santa Fe Melt w/ the fries well done, my buddy got the Turkey Melt (his goto if it's on the menu). The Santa Fe was flavorful and almost dripping with cheese. Almost reminded me of a Cheesesteak, but in sourdough. The fries were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft in the center just how I like them. I swear, Turkey on the Turkey Melt must have been leftover from Thanksgiving that piece was so thick it could have been a steak! HaHa For desert that had pie by the slice that appeared to have been bought at the local grocer. It didn't look bad or anything but not something I'd splurge for calories on if I was counting. All in all, I'd say it was pretty good. I don't think I'd drive from Vegas just to eat here, but if I was passing through and needed a bite, I wouldn't hesitate for a second. It was definitely better than the local bar about 20 minutes down the road.

This place is your real, home town restaurant. Comfort food & some of the best green chili you will ever eat. Friendly people, very busy place & my goodness, one of the best cheeseburgers I've eaten in my life. Cooked to order so this is REAL home cooked comfort food, which means you wait a bit longer but oh-it is so worth it.

Great cafe. We had good service great food and a fair price. The decor is rustic the people friendly a good place to eat!

Everytime we travel to Ash Fork we eat here due to it being the only place to eat in Ash Fork and we always eat the burgers. This time there was a new cook and she was AMAZING! She made the burgers so juicy and was super friendly. Her, Jane and the burgers are the reasons to check this place out.

Service was great, ribeye steak was excellent. I would have liked more green beans and mushrooms but only because it was so good. Clean neat place best place in town

Overall, the service was okay. When we walked in we were not greeted until we requested to see if we could sit down. The food was pretty good but the ketchup seemed a bit grainy. The soda was a bit flat. I had the burger on sourdough garlic bread and it was delicious.
